Above & Beyond!
I had an amazing experience buying from Khan and the team. I told them what I had in mind and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy even when I changed the model I was looking for. They were patient, not pushy and understood the admin took time. Car is in immaculate condition. Will be suggesting them to all friends & family!

Best Experience in London so far
Purchased a Nissan Juke and a Lexus RX 450h from this dealership for business use and was very impressed with the overall experience. The team was professional, straightforward, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Both vehicles were exactly as described, well prepared, and ready when promised. The whole transaction was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. A trustworthy dealership that values its customers. Highly recommended, and I would happily buy from them again.

Outstanding customer service and after sales service from Kinzel
We had the best experience buying our Honda Jazz/Fit from Kinzel. From the very beginning, they were honest, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They even drove us home after the purchase as we had issues getting temporary insurance for an imported car which was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they care about their customers. After we bought the car, we noticed a couple of small issues which they were very responsive in trying to fix. Their after-sales service was excellent. It's rare to find a dealership that provides this level of service and stands by what they sell. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Kinzel again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable dealer. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
